You must not share your credentials with any third party. Za88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Za88 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and factors outside za88's control may affect platform availability from time to time.

Za88 will not reverse a self-exclusion request under any circumstance. If you have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to create a new account, za88 will close the new account immediately upon detection. In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, za88 may forfeit any balance held in the account. In all other closure circumstances, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.
